Warranty
Every watch we sell is covered by our 12-month in-house warranty.
What is covered
For 12 months from the date of purchase, we cover the mechanical function of the movement under normal use. If your watch stops working properly, we will repair it at no cost or, at our discretion, offer an equivalent solution.
What is not covered
Damage from accidents, impact, water exposure beyond the watch’s rating, misuse, normal wear of the case, bracelet, crystal and straps, and any watch opened or serviced by a third party after purchase.
