Fully insured shipping across the United States, or pick up in person in Downtown San Diego.
Shipping
Purchases are shipped fully insured with a signature required on delivery. You will receive tracking as soon as your watch ships.
Returns
Watches purchased remotely may be returned within 3 days of delivery in the same condition they were received, with all accessories, and with any protective stickers intact. Contact us before sending a return. Purchases completed in person at the showroom are final, since you were able to inspect the piece before buying.
Refunds
Once the returned piece is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
